Throughout these Terms, “Wildwood Bend,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wildwood Bend. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, purchaser, account holder, or member using the Website or purchasing from Wildwood Bend.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, purchasing a product, accessing digital content, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use or transaction.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase products or services from Wildwood Bend.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. RELATED POLICIES

Certain transactions and activities are also governed by separate Wildwood Bend policies.

The following policies apply where relevant:

Full Shipping Policy: View HERE.

Full Returns & Refund Policy: View HERE.

Privacy Policy: View HERE.

The Full Shipping Policy and Full Returns & Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference to the extent applicable to a purchase or transaction and form part of the agreement governing that transaction.

The Privacy Policy separately describes Wildwood Bend’s privacy and personal-information practices.

You should review the applicable policies before purchasing or using Wildwood Bend products, digital content, memberships, or services.

If these Terms and a Full Shipping Policy or Full Returns & Refund Policy provision address the same specific issue, the more specific provision in the applicable policy will control for that issue to the extent permitted by law.

Product-specific, membership-specific, promotional, or licensing terms expressly presented in connection with a particular product or offer also apply.

2. PRIVACY

Wildwood Bend’s collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy: The Privacy Policy is provided as a notice of our privacy practices and is separate from these Terms. It is not intended to create additional contractual warranties or obligations except to the extent expressly provided in the Privacy Policy or required by applicable law.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to make purchases, create applicable accounts, or enroll in paid memberships. If you use the Website or make a purchase on behalf of a business, ministry, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.

  • Keeping account information current
  • Protecting your login credentials
  • Preventing unauthorized use of your account
  • Promptly notifying Wildwood Bend if you believe your account has been compromised

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Wildwood Bend makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, measurements, pricing, availability, condition information, and other product details. However, inadvertent errors and reasonable variations may occur. Actual colors may appear somewhat different because of:

  • Natural variation in materials

Unless expressly stated otherwise, measurements should be considered approximate. Customers are responsible for reviewing all available photographs, descriptions, measurements, sizing information, condition notes, and disclosed imperfections before purchasing.

8. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the applicable product or service. An automated order confirmation generally acknowledges that Wildwood Bend received the order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Wildwood Bend may decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Inventory discrepancies
  • Pricing errors
  • Listing errors
  • Payment failure
  • Suspected fraud
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Address problems
  • Technical errors
  • Quantity limitations
  • Inability to fulfill the order
  • Violation of these Terms or another applicable policy
  • Other legitimate business reasons

If Wildwood Bend cancels a paid order before fulfillment, amounts collected for the cancelled portion will be refunded as appropriate. Adding merchandise to a shopping cart does not reserve the merchandise or guarantee availability.

9. PRICING

Prices are displayed in connection with the applicable product, membership, or offer. Wildwood Bend may change prices for future purchases at any time unless a particular offer expressly provides otherwise. Promotional pricing applies only during the applicable promotional period and is subject to any restrictions disclosed with the promotion. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added as required.

10. PAYMENT

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Square and PayPal. By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • The information provided is accurate
  • You authorize the applicable transaction

Payment processors operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices, security procedures, and fraud-prevention requirements. Wildwood Bend does not control independent decisions made by payment processors, banks, card networks, or other financial institutions.

11. PRICING, LISTING, AND TECHNICAL ERRORS

12. VINTAGE, ANTIQUE, AND PREVIOUSLY OWNED MERCHANDISE

Reasonable handmade variations are inherent in handmade and individually finished merchandise and are not, standing alone, defects.

14. PRODUCT SAFETY

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following warnings, instructions, age recommendations, care information, and safety information provided with or in connection with a product. Vintage or antique merchandise may have been manufactured under standards different from current standards. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wildwood Bend does not represent that vintage, antique, collectible, decorative, or previously owned merchandise has been independently tested for compliance with current safety standards. Customers should exercise appropriate care before using older merchandise for safety-sensitive purposes. Products displaying warnings regarding small parts, choking hazards, children, pets, or other risks should be used strictly in accordance with those warnings. Nothing in this section limits a responsibility that applicable law does not permit Wildwood Bend to limit.

15. CARE, CLEANING, AND RESTORATION INFORMATION

Wildwood Bend may provide care, washing, cleaning, storage, preservation, or similar information through product listings, Website pages, articles, graphics, or other materials. This information is provided as general informational guidance. Vintage, antique, textile, handmade, and previously owned materials may react unpredictably to cleaning, washing, soaking, drying, heat, chemicals, repair, restoration, storage, or environmental conditions. Wildwood Bend does not guarantee the result of any cleaning, washing, repair, restoration, alteration, or care method. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildwood Bend is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery because of improper cleaning, washing, restoration, alteration, repair, storage, handling, misuse, environmental conditions, or other post-delivery treatment. Professional conservation advice should be considered before cleaning, repairing, restoring, or altering rare, fragile, valuable, or historically significant items.

19. CHRISTIAN SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CLUB

The Christian Social Media Content Club is a digital membership offered on a recurring basis unless another arrangement is expressly stated. The applicable membership price, billing frequency, benefits, and other material membership terms are provided in connection with the membership offer. By maintaining a recurring membership, you authorize Wildwood Bend and its applicable payment processor to charge the applicable recurring membership fee until the membership is cancelled or otherwise terminated. Cancellation, refunds, and access following cancellation are governed by the Full Returns & Refund Policy. Membership content, formats, platforms, delivery methods, or features may evolve over time. Wildwood Bend may make reasonable prospective changes to membership offerings provided that any express commitments applicable to an existing paid membership are honored as required by law.

20. DIGITAL CONTENT LICENSE

Unless a particular product expressly grants different rights, the original purchaser receives a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to use purchased or membership digital content only as expressly permitted. Where a product or membership allows editing, you may make permitted edits for your authorized use, including adding your own branding where expressly permitted. Unless Wildwood Bend expressly authorizes otherwise, you may not:
